Superior deluxe Rooms were of 1 star standard

I booked a superior deluxe room with hill view as advertised. The room they gave me stank of urine. The toilets reminded me of public toilets in public bus stands, the marble flooring was stained and mostly yellow in colour. The bed had paint stripped off from sides, very basic furniture, and probably a 19 inch tv. I felt absolutely ripped off when I entered the room. After informing the front desk about my dissatisfaction, they moved me to the newer section of the hotel. These rooms were much better and the toilets were brand new. Worst things: No air conditioning in the rooms of a hotel situated in a hill station. No lift. I was given a room in level 3 and I had to climb up and down all the time to get to reception or go out.
